In the Tamil movie industry, superstars Rajnikanth and Kamal Haasan have been leading forces for decades. Though they’ve dominated the Tamil landscape, there is a new generation of stars breathing life into cinema. They are Varun Dhawan, Vicky Kaushal and Dhanush. Varun Dhawan will be seen alongside him. The movie will also feature Dhanush in an important role. Zaira Wasim who rose to fame with Aamir Khan’s Dangal has been roped in for the female lead. This marks her second film in Tamil cinema after Aramm which is being helmed by Renjith Balachandran. The movie is bankrolled by Studio Green which also produced top-grossing movies like Rajinikanth’s Petta and Dhanush’s Vada Chennai. The Official statement : The upcoming Kollywood movie titled as ‘Inimey Nangathan’ will be bankrolled by Studio Green. The film will be shot in Mumbai, Delhi and other parts of North India. The shoot will proceed thereafter to other regions including Tamil Nadu and Kerala for the remaining part of the shoot. The project is slated to go on floors in October 2018. Inimey Nangathan is a Tamil family sports drama film directed by Karthik Naren, produced by JP Dutta, and written by Avinash Arunrajaan. The film stars Vicky Kaushal and Shraddha Srinath in the lead roles with Tollywood actor Varun Dhawan playing a pivotal role. Vicky Kaushal is an Indian actor who predominantly acts in Bollywood movies. He made his debut in 2010 with Ramaiya Vastavaiya which became a sleeper hit at the box office. Kaushal went on to star in the box office hit Dabangg 2, which grossed $333 million at the worldwide box office. He shared the screen with Salman Khan for the film. Varun Dhawan is an Indian film actor who predominantly acts in Bollywood movies. He made his debut in 2008 with Kaalakaandi, which was a failure at the box office. Dhawan has since starred in many commercial successes including ABCD 2, Bodyguard and Badrinath Ki Dulhania. He won accolades for his impressive performance in Zero that went on to gross more than $120million worldwide.
